The Culinary Enrichment and Innovation Program occurs over a 12-month period at the CIA campuses. Participants are required to attend each module in order to receive the CIA certificate of completion and the continuing education units at the conclusion of the program.
Dates for the CEIP Class of 2018 are:
Module I: May 1-4, 2017, St. Helena, CA CIA Campus
Module II: October 23-26, 2017, San Antonio, TX, CIA Campus
Module III: April 2018, Hyde Park, NY CIA Campus
Each module is held Monday evening through Thursday afternoon.
Hormel Foods underwrites all tuition fees and meals.
All additional costs connected to attending the program will be the responsibility of the participant. These costs will include, but are not limited to:
- Transportation to and from The Culinary Institute of America
- Lodging (additional details below)
- Personal expenses
A block of rooms will be reserved for CEIP participants through the CIA for each module. Chefs will be contacted in advance with further details.
